PRODUCT OVERVIEW

The TOMAR MICRO IV™ strobe series is a rugged and reliable industrial signaling solution, designed for demanding environments and enhanced safety applications. An upgraded version of the proven MICROSTROBE, the MICRO IV operates across a wide input voltage range—12–80VDC or 16–24VAC—while maintaining consistent lamp brightness and flash frequency, thanks to its internally regulated power supply. This ensures dependable performance regardless of voltage fluctuations in the field. Engineered for durability, the power supply is fully potted in polyurethane to resist moisture, high voltage, and vibration, making it ideal for harsh industrial settings.

The MICRO IV’s construction further emphasizes longevity and serviceability. Housed in a tough, all-Lexan® enclosure with a field-replaceable plug-in lamp, it provides ease of maintenance without compromising performance. Each unit is polarity protected and equipped with built-in filters that guard against radio frequency interference and spike voltages. Backed by a 10-year warranty, the MICRO IV and its optional guard are UL component recognized for type E, EE, and ES electric industrial trucks, in compliance with UL standard #583, making it a trusted choice for safety-conscious operations.
